Info about the seminar hosts...

Michael McKenna contacted me about setting up this awesome seminar. More about him:

Michael McKenna is a USAW and USATF certified Coach and competitive Olympic Weightlifter. The 2010 National Master's Champion, Mike is also an American Open Bronze Medalist, a two-time National Qualifier, and the holder of 12 Delaware State Weightlifting records; Mike is also the PA State Indoor Master Champion in Shot Put, Weight, and Super Weight Throw. Mike's competitive athletic experience began in High School where he played football, wrestled (becoming his school's first three-time state qualifier) and threw shot put At the University of Delaware, Mike focused on Track and Field as the University dropped its wrestling program his Freshman year. Mike is still on the top ten list for the 35# Weight Throw, and was a conference place-winner and Academic All Conference while earning four varsity letters in hammer and weight throw. After College, Mike coached High School soccer, wrestling, girls lacrosse, and track and field , coaching conference champions, state place winners, and all star athletes in all sports. As a Track Coach in New Jersey, Mike coached a two time girls state discus champion. Mike's best lifts are 135 Kilo Snatch, 175 Kilo Clean and Jerk, 500 pound Bench press (raw), 270 kilo Back Squat, 230 Kilo Front Squat.

Mike also Coaches Olympic Weightlifting, and has coached a National Junior Silver Medalist (Brittany Harris) along with athletes ranging from 10 to 75 years of age.

Dennis "Niko" Hulslander is the owner of Vision Fitness of PA and a competitive Powerlifter. His Best lifts are: Squat = 810 pounds, Bench = 650 pounds, Deadlift = 738 pounds, and Total = 2,133 pounds. Niko is the holder of many Pennsylvania State Powerlifting records, and recently set the State single lift deadlift record.
